Refunds or exchanges are only permitted for the following reasons: Customer received wrong product, item damaged in transit or if an item was found defective upon receipt, at which time the customer must enter a claim to Socialnetmall.com and follow the Return Policy Guidelines below to obtain a valid Return Authorization (RA) Number. Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Socialnetmall.com will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 20 days of the original purchase date. Tablets, digital cameras and camcorders and other electronic devices may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of original purchase. If refund or exchange is for any reason other than a damage claim or wrong item received, no refund will be permitted. For non-qualified refund requests, from time to time, at Socialnetmall.comís sole discretion and providing the product has not opened, used or tampered with in any way, Socialnetmall.com may choose to offer a return or exchange option. In such an event, the shipping cost (both directions) is covered by customer, along with a restocking fee (20%-30% depending on category of item). You must return the product within 21 days of delivery for a refund. After 21 days the warranty takes effect and you may only return for replacement either with us or the manufacturer (whoever holds the warranty). If the defective item is out of stock the money will be refunded to you. Below are the instructions for filling out the return form. Defective items must be reported within 7 days to receive a prepaid shipping label. A prepaid label will be sent to you via email from us or UPS. If the item is not defective the customer is responsible for return shipping. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Socialnetmall.com may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the United States only. IMPORTANT NOTE: In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If Socialnetmall.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 30% will be assessed.
